Talkdesk, a San Francisco, CA-based Contact Center as a Service provider, raised $100m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Viking Global Investors with participation from existing investor DFJ.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its global operations, marketing and sales organizations.
Led by Tiago Paiva, CEO, Talkdesk provides a SaaS based enterprise contact center platform for companies to improve the customer experience and interactions adapting to the evolving needs of sales and support teams and their end-customers.
The company serves more than 1,400 innovative enterprises around the world including IBM, Peloton, Stitch Fix, The Scotts Company, Discovery Education, Avetta, Dropbox, Acxiom and Zumiez.
The company currently has offices in the U.S., the U.K. and Portugal.
