Usermind Raises $23.5M in Series C Funding

-

Usermind, a Seattle, WA-based customer engagement hub platform provider, closed a $23.5M Series C funding.

The round was led by Northgate Capital with participation from current investors Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures and CRV. In conjunction with the investment, Northgate Capital Managing General Partner and CEO Hosein Khajeh-Hosseiny joinsed Usermind’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to open its first international office in Europe, as well as scale its sales and marketing teams.

Led by Michel Feaster, Co-Founder and CEO, Usermind provides a customer engagement hub platform for companies to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences. The solution features code-free integration, a unified record of customer data, and cross-system data mapping, which allow companies to orchestrate customer journeys — omnichannel customer experiences based on a customer’s current context and full interaction history. With its customer journey analytics, companies can get insight and immediately implement new processes to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
