Founded in 2016 by WalmartLabs alumni Madhu Mathihalli and Ravi Raj and LinkedIn alumnus Mitul Tiwari, Passage.AI enables businesses to leverage AI-enabled conversational interfaces to improve the use of service agents and to deliver an improved customer experience. Available for messaging and voice platforms like Facebook Messenger, Slack, SMS, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home, the Passage.AI chatbot automatically responds to messages from customers by querying content using the NLP platform.

The technology is currently deployed by major enterprises, including Kohl’s department stores and educational organizations such as Udacity, to better service, engage and retain their customers.
