Jask, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an artificial intelligence (AI) powered platform for security analysts, received an investment from Stuart McClure, the CEO and co-founder of Cylance Inc.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. McClure will also join JASK’s board of directors bringing more than two decades of experience working as a security analyst, founding and building security companies, and leading organizations’ security initiatives. As a member of the board, he will help guide Jask’ss product growth and the evolution of its machine learning technology.
Led by Greg Martin, CEO and founder, Jask provides Trident, which uses AI to facilitate machine learning-driven alert triage, malicious behaviors detection, and investigations into those behaviors.
The company is also backed by Dell Technologies Capital, TenEleven Ventures, and Battery Ventures.
