eMoov, a Brentwood, UK-based online real estate agency, raised £9m in funding.
The round was led by JXC Ventures, with participation from Episode 1 VC, Maxfield Capital, Spire, Startive Ventures, Gaby Salem, and other unnamed individuals and tech entrepreneurs as well as family offices.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its platform, continue to expand operations and grow the marketing efforts.
Led by Founder & CEO Russell Quirk and Co-Founder CTO and CPO Ivan Ramirez, eMoov combines technology and expertise to provide a solution to sell houses across England, Scotland and Wales by charging nominal fixed fees, a fraction compared to percentage based transactions charged by old fashioned estate agents.
