Perch Security, a Tampa, FL-based information security company that combines innovative application design with an in-house security operations center (SOC), received a strategic investment from Fishtech Group.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Fishtech Group CEO and Founder Gary Fish will join Perch’s Board of Directors along with Fishtech Group CFO Ryan Shreve.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing efforts, and broaden and accelerate product development.
