RealConnex, a NYC-based B2B platform connecting real estate professionals to capital, investments, services and each other, closed a $3.5M strategic financing round.
The round was led by Silver Portal Capital (SPC), which will adopt RealConnex’s technology platform throughout its organization and channel partners to drive business growth.
The company intends to use the funds for marketing to expand the network, to build out the leadership team, and to add a range of new features.
Founded in 2013 by Roy Abrams, RealConnex provides a B2B platform that connects real estate developers to the right capital sources and service providers to fund mid-market projects.
