Infoworks.io, Inc., a San Jose, CA-based enterprise data warehousing platform on Hadoop, closed $15m in Series B financing.
The round was led by Centerview Capital Technology with participation from existing investor Nexus Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Ned Hooper of Centerview Capital Technology joined Buno Pati, Naren Gupta and Amar Arsikere on the Infoworks board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale go-to-market and customer success programs.
Led by Amar Arsikere, CEO and co-founder, Infoworks offers an automated, end-to-end data warehousing platform on Hadoop, enabling enterprises to create and manage large-scale solutions to support their portfolios of concurrent analytics use cases.
It provides complete functionality from data ingestion, data synchronization and building data models and cubes in a single platform.
