Crealytics, a NYC-based provider of paid search and google shopping solutions, closed a $9.3m Series C financing.
The round was led by Optima, with participation from existing investors Alternative Strategic Investment, LBBW Venture Capital, High-Tech Gründerfonds, Mountain Internet, Bayern Kapital and Chancenkapital Biberach.
The company will use the funds for continued expansion.

Its semantic technology Camato automatically creates and optimizes millions of tailor-made ads, helping its partners make advertising more profitable.
