cloudvirga, an Irvine, Calif.-based developer of an intelligent Mortgage Platform, raised $15m in a Series B funding.
The round was led by Incenter, a Blackstone Group portfolio company.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its technology and expand its product offerings.
Founded by Bill Dallas, Kyle Kamrooz and Mark Attaway, Cloudvirga provides a flagship mortgage point-of-sale (POS) system, which automates the entire initial disclosures process. The platform leverages data and deploys an automated workflow to reduce overall cost, increase transparency and shorten the time it takes to close a loan for both borrowers and lenders.
