Cloud Technology Partners, a Boston, MA-based cloud services and software company for enterprises moving to cloud, closed its Series C funding round.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Backers included existing investors Rackspace (NYSE: RAX), State Street Bank (NYSE: STT) and Pritzker Group Venture Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Scott Crenshaw, Senior Vice President Strategy and Product at Rackspace, and Antoine Shagoury, Executive Vice President and CIO at State Street Bank, have joined Cloud Technology Partners’ Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its Cloud Adoption Program, its Digital Innovation Practice, build managed services capabilities and grow the sales & delivery teams.
