ValChoice, a Bedford, N.H.-based analytics company that lets consumers of insurance know which companies offer the best price, protection (claims payment) and service, received a $120k Microsoft BizSpark Plus Award.
The award is part of a global program that gives access to Microsoft Azure cloud services, software and support.
In the last six months has received grants totalling approx. $500k from University of New Hampshire’s Social Venture Innovation Challenge, Live Free and Start, Alpha Loft, Manchester Young Professional Network (MYPN) and now Microsoft BizSpark Plus Award.
Led by Dan Karr, CEO, ValChoice provides consumers, agents and advisors with information on which home and auto insurance companies offer the best value in terms of price, protection and service.
The company’s analytics platform collects and analyzes millions of financial and complaint data points and delivers the results in a single dashboard, allowing consumers to shop for insurance based on value rather than making decisions based on price or advertising campaigns.
