American Solar Direct (ASD), a CA-based residential solar energy provider, received an investment from Dubai-based Adenium Energy Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its growth in California and other states and expand its partner-based channel program that leverages its technology platform and installation services for third-party companies focused on selling residential solar.
Led by Brennan Mulcahy, Chief Executive Officer, and Kevin Bauer, President, American Solar Direct is a full-service solar provider handling all aspects of the process for homeowners, including rooftop and electrical inspections, system design and permitting, professional installation, production guarantees, and long-term maintenance and service. The company currently serves more than 5,500 customers in California.
