Inergex, LLC, a Buffalo, NY-based IT services company allowing business leaders clear the path to innovation, acquired TREC Global, a global call center support company serving enterprise-sized organizations mostly based in the United States.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Inergex to expand services in several key areas including their IT Service Desk Offering, Mid-Market IT Outsourcing Services, and ServiceNow iPOWER Support Program.
Led by Tim Frank, president and CEO, Inergex is an IT image-changing company providing IT leaders in mid- and enterprise-sized organizations with solutions that apply creative approaches in areas such as Service Management/ServiceNow, Managed Services, Project Management, and Application Development.
Led by Edith Cruz, co-founder and CEO, TREC Global is a U.S.-based global call center support company offering a range of services including inbound customer service and technical support, outbound surveys and data gathering, hosted call center solutions, call center quality assurance assessments, back office support, and lead generation.
The combined company will have an employee count of over 400 residing in both the United States and Manila, Philippines.
