IgniteFeedback, a Bozeman, MT-based real-time customer experience measurement startup, raised over $300k in seed funding.
The round was led by Montana-based Frontier Fund 2 angel group.
The company intends to use the funds to hire in sales, marketing, and development.
Founded by CEO Ben Werner and Eddie McDaniel, IgniteFeedback has developed a cloud based solution that scores the customer experience and compares it to the competition. In addition to selling to marketing specialists at larger cloud companies, the company also offers a lightweight version of the product for use by small businesses that works well for driving more sales online. The solution allows the website owner to ask a simple one question survey of visitors; learning that perhaps the website is confusing or maybe the product didn’t come in the color or size the customer wanted.
The company was incubated within Blackstone Launchpad at Montana State University while Startup Bozeman provided workspace with high-speed Internet, key introductions, and access to advisors and influencers from around the region.
Founded in 2015, IgniteFeedback has delivered over 400,000 surveys to visitors to date.
