Bubl Technology, Inc., a Toronto, Canada-based company that has created the Bublcam, a fully spherical consumer camera, closed a $4.6M seed funding round.
Backers included Samsung Ventures, J-Tech Capital and other strategic investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow operations.
Founded by Sean Ramsay and led by Dan Mills (interim CEO), Bubl Technology delivers Bublcam, a 360-degree camera and software that provide users with the ability to capture fully spherical photos and videos and share them with anyone, anywhere.
The company is a graduate of CFC’s IDEABOOST digital entertainment accelerator.
