Skosay, a Fayetteville, Ark.-based customer engagement technology startup, received a $100k investment from Arkansas Science & Technology Authority.
The company intends to use the capital for further tech development of its application.
Co-founded by Justin Urso, CEO, and Jason Kohrig, Skosay provides customers with a mobile web engagement application that enhances their experience by giving feedback to businesses in a private, two-way messaging platform.
Available for both iOS and Android devices, Skosay aims to enhancing the customer experience across several different verticals, including retail, healthcare, hospitality, airports and more.
