Alcidion Corporation, an Adelaide, Australia-based health informatics company, raised $1.5m in funding.
Backers included Blue Sky Private Equity, Allure Capital and Alcidion co-founders Ray Blight and Malcolm Pradhan.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Alcidion provides Miya, a clinical decision support platform designed for emergency departments, patient flow and outpatient services.
It has been used by three Western Health hospitals in Victoria.
