Mavenlink, an Irvine, California-based provider of integrated business management solutions, raised $19m in funding.
The round, comprised of $15m in capital contributed by existing shareholders and a $4m credit facility, was led by Carrick Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation, and market penetration.
Led by Ray Grainger, CEO and Founder, Mavenlink is a global provider of SaaS-based integrated business management software that enables project-based businesses—including marketing, public relations, management consulting, IT services, and software implementation teams to manage all aspects of service delivery from start to finish.
