easySYS AG, a Rapperswil, Switzerland-based provider of accounting software for small and micro enterprises, completed a second financing round of CHF4.5m.
The round was led by Armada Investment with participation from Redalpine Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to improve the platform and expand operations.
Founded in 2013 and led by CEO Jeremiah Meier provides self-employed professionals and small companies with business and accounting software.
The company currently employs 22 staff.
