bookingkit, a Berlin, Germany-based booking solution startup, completed a mid six-figure first round of financing.
Backers included High-Tech Gruenderfonds (HTGF) and business angel Robert Kabs.
The company intends to use the funds for growth in sales and product development.
Founded in early 2014 by Christoph Kruse and Lukas C. C. Hempel, bookingkit provides a Software-as-a-Service -based booking solution for leisure businesses such as cooking schools, city tours, outdoor activities and yoga studios to sell, merchandise and administrate their services. The platform can be implemented quickly and used in combination with a business’ own websites or associated leisure portals.
