The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. In conjunction with the transaction, Ashutosh Agrawal, a Director at TA Associates, will join Bomgar’s Board of Directors along with Hythem T. El-Nazer, a Director at TA Associates.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow, both locally and internationally, and expand into new markets.
