Servergy, Inc., a Dallas, Texas-based cleantech IT innovations company, raised $20m in Series C funding.
Accredited investors by The Williams Financial Group participated in the round.
The company intends to use the funds for the Q4 commercial launch of its new servers.
Led by Bill Mapp, chairman and CEO, Servergy has created PowerLinux Cleantech Servers® suited as a clean and green high-density, high I/O accelerator for I/O intensive workloads, such as big data, the cloud, caching and storage applications.
