Antuit, a Singapore-based Big Data analytics firm, raised €3m in funding.
The round was led by Zodius Capital, and founder Neeraj Bhargava will join Antuit as Chairman.
Founded in early 2013 by Managing Partner Arijit Sengupta, Antuit provides Big Data analytics solutions the for Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing functions that enable enterprise clients to unlock business value from data within the constraints of their budgets. The company recently acquired the business of New York-based analytics firm Marketwell, led by Navin Sharma. As part of the transaction, Sharma’s business partner Yogi Shankar, a senior executive from Avon and Comcast, also joined Antuit along with the extended Marketwell team.
With the completion of the acquisition (in July 2013), Antuit has established operations in Singapore, New York and Bangalore and is now positioned to target the US and Asia-Pacific customer bases in two key industries – CPG & Retail including E-commerce and Transportation & Logistics, with plans to build out new industry practices in future years through strategic client relationships and acquisitions.
