Sandglaz Raises $500K in Seed Funding

Sandglaz, a Seattle, WA-based task management app, has raised $500k in seed funding.

Backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the capital to expand its team (http://www.sandglaz.com/pages/jobs), to further develop the product with enhanced features and 3rd party integration and to scale customer acquisition channels.

Founded in 2011 by CEO Nada Aldahleh and Zaid Zawaideh and a recent TechStars’ Seattle graduate, Sandglaz provides a software-as-a-service-based solution (Infinity Grid) that allows teams to collaborate and plan on their tasks. Infinity Grid enables teams to plan their tasks in adjustable time-frames, which are visualized in columns to quickly identify immediate priorities. When priorities change, they can drag and drop them to a different time-frame.
