Badgeville, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based provider of SaaS enterprise gamification solutions and services, has raised €25m in Series C venture financing.
The round was led by InterWest Partners, with participation from existing investors including Norwest Venture Partners.
The company has raised $40m in 20 months since its launch.
Launched in September 2010 and led by CEO Kris Duggan, Badgeville enables businesses in industry including technology, retail, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, education and employee performance management to measure and influence behavior across customer, partner, developer and employee communities.
The company’s client list features Samsung, Recyclebank, Deloitte, Dell, eBay, Universal Music, The Active Network, etc.
In conjunction with the funding, InterWest General Partner Doug Pepper has joined the company’s Board of Directors.
