Spinzo Corporation, a Toronto, Canada-based online smart buying platform that uses dynamic pricing to connect merchants and consumers, has raised $400k from GrowthWorks Atlantic Venture Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to launch its platform.
Led by CEO Emmanuel Elmajian, Spinzo provides small and large merchants with an innovative way to promote their offerings online. Its platform features only in-demand products and experiences at declining prices. The price drops as more people join a deal.
