Identropy Raises $4M in Series A Funding

Identropy, a Moonachie, NJprovider of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, raised $4m in Series A funding.

Backers include Milestone Venture Partners and Osage Venture Partners.

The company intends to use the funding to accelerate adoption of its solutions and expand sales and marketing efforts.

Founded in 2006 and led by CEO Victor Barris, Identropy delivers solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM), with consulting and product offerings addressing all stages of an IAM deployment. It provides:
– Advisory and Implementation Services, which help define and execute a roadmap aligned with an organization’s strategic business objectives.
– Secure Co-Sourced Unified Identity (SCUID) solutions, which are designed to allow customers to take advantage of the infrastructure and budgetary benefits of a SaaS model.
In conjunction with the financing, Morgan Rodd, General Partner of Milestone Venture Partners, and David Drahms, Principal of Osage Venture Partners, joined Identropy’s board of directors.
