Dynamic Healthcare Services, a Pennsylvania-based provider of home medical equipment, respiratory therapy and complex rehabilitation products and services, has been recapitalized by private equity firms GMH Ventures and Lakewood Capital for an undisclosed amount.
M&T Bank provided debt financing for the transaction.
Dynamic serves the western and central Pennsylvania markets through operations in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, and Butler.
Bruderman Brothers acted as exclusive investment banker, structured, arranged, and negotiated the recapitalization.
