T2 Systems, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based provider of unified SaaS (Software as a Service) parking management solutions, has received a $28m equity investment from Pamlico Capital and the management team of the company.
Pamlico has also committed to investing additional expansion capital.
Following the investment, CEO Mike Simmons will retain significant ownership and continue to manage the growth of the company.
Founded in 1994, T2 provides its solutions, including permit management, enforcement, PARCS (parking access and revenue control systems) and event parking, to universities, municipalities, event facilities, hospitals and private parking providers in the U.S. and Canada.
