Rotterdam, The Netherland-based enterprise mobility specialist VeliQ has received an investment of “several million euros from T-Venture.
The company intends tu use the funds for international growth and technical innovations of MobiDM, a business “Mobility as a Service” solution for central management of all mobile devices (smartphones, tablets and mobile apps) within organizations. Via a web interface, MobiDM makes it possible to automate routine management tasks, independently of the platform and devices. Its eco system is partly based on technology of Sybase, a SAP company that delivers software for Mobile Device Management.
Led by founder and director Alex Bausch, VeliQ is already supplying MobiDM in around 10 European countries via telecom providers and system integrators like T-Systems. It has some 35 employees.
