VigLink, a San Francisco, CA-based automated affiliate marketing provider, has completed a $5.4m Series B financing.
The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from existing investors Google Ventures and First Round Capital.
In conjunction with the funding, Kevin Spain, principal at Emergence Capital, has joined VigLink’s board of directors.
This brings the total amount raised by the company to date to $7.3m.
VigLink intends to use the funds to accelerate hiring in support of product development and expansion into new content verticals and geographies.
Led by CEO Oliver Roup, the company has created a solution that automatically affiliates and tracks existing and optionally inserted hyperlinks.
