Integrate, a Denver, CO-based scalable technology platform for performance-based marketing campaigns, closed a $4.25m Series A round of funding from Foundry Group.
Founded by Jeremy Bloom and Hart Cunningham in early 2010, Integrate has developed a technology platform for performance-based marketing campaigns, which allows brands and retailers to pay only for qualified leads, customers or inbound calls.
The company has combined online and offline advertising into one single media buying dashboard that allows advertisers in more than 50 different verticals, both B2B and B2C, to create custom, performance-based campaigns for any specific customer demographic, utilizing any variety of media – Internet, print, television, billboard and radio.
Media buyers can organize, launch and optimize a media buy from the Integrate marketplace, where buyers (advertisers) and sellers (publishers) can work together based on the information provided by Integrate and communicate with each other inside the platform.
