Arismore Receives Minority Investment from AXA Private Equity

Arismore, a Saint-Cloud, France-based specialist in information systems conversion and security, has received a minority investment of undisclosed amount from AXA Private Equity.
With the transaction, Axa acquired an 11% interest in the company.
Created in 2002, Arismore focuses on the architecture and control of information systems, access and identity management and the simplification of companies’ IT infrastructure. The company has also developed programs for managing quality of service and capacity, as well as groupware applications.
Owned by its founders and employees, Arismore has a workforce of some 100 employees, based in the Paris area.
Commenting on the investment, Eric Boulay, founder and senior manager of the company, said that the acquisition of a stake by AXA would boost their growth plans. “AXA Private Equity’s considerable experience in supporting innovative technology companies will help shape our strategy”, he added.
Among the others, Arismore serves Auchan, Areva, Coface, DCNS, EDF, Orange, GDF SUEZ, La Poste, Monoprix, SFR, MMA, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, etc.
