Notro Televisión, a Madrid, Spain-based broadcasting firm, has received a €3,5m investment from Sociedad de Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco (SGECR, S.A.).
The investment, which was made through the venture capital fund EZTEN, has allowed the company to take a 9,94% stake in the company.
Vértice 360º will mantain the remaining 90,06% stake in Notro Televisión.
The transaction aims to develop the audiovisual industry in the Basque Country.
In conjunction with the investment, the company has changed its name in ERPIN 360º but will continue to operate under Notro Televisión for commercial purposes.
