NoBrakes Athletics, a Sacramento, Calif.-based athletic apparel startup, closed its first round of funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Sacramento-based ESM Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach.
Led by Jake Longoria, founder and CEO, NoBrakes Athletics offers premium athletic products using innovative fabrics, such as bamboo. In August 2019, the company began with the launch of their pre-collection, consisting of their signature bamboo shirts and accessories and will release additional apparel items later this year.
