Moshi Raises $12M in Series B Funding

Moshi, a London, UK-based provider of an audio sleep and mindfulness app, raised $12m in Series B funding.

The round was led by Accel with participation from Latitude Ventures and Triplepoint Capital, as well as former MTV CEO and chairman Bill Roedy.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Created by Michael Acton Smith, Moshi provides a sleep and mindfulness app for kids featuring melodic stories created to help kids drift off to sleep quickly, calming guided meditation sessions with a playful Moshi twist, created to help kids relax and learn the basics of mindfulness, and a collection of completely original instrumentals, specifically composed to soothe and relax.
