Keleya, a Berlin, Germany-based startup digital startup for pregnant women, raised a seven-figure euro funding.
Backers included BrückenKöpfe Management GmbH, MediVentures GmbH, W & W brandpool GmbH as well as several investors from the international healthcare scene.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its services.
Founded in 2017 by Victoria Engelhardt, CEO, and Sarah Müggenburg, Head of Content, Keleya provides an app featuring information and services for expectant mothers. The platform offers a wide range of personalized workouts and nutrition plans, a digital birth preparation course and many expert videos.
So far, the app has ben used by 200,000 pregnant women.
Platform content and features will be expanded by adding digital support to allow pregnant women and midwives to cooperate.
