VanillaSoft, a Plano, Texas, USA-based sales engagement technology company, raised $4M in funding.
– a repayable contribution of $1m from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) and
– $3m from the Fonds Régional de Solidarité Outaouais (FRSO).
The company intends to use the funds to grow R&D and sales teams as it continues to expand in North America and beyond.
Led by David Hood, CEO, VanillaSoft provides a sales engagement platform, which allows sales development teams to engage over 15,000,000 contacts every month. Used standalone, or in combination with existing traditional CRM systems, the system empowers sales reps to respond to new leads, interact with leads consistently, across more channels, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
