Legalstart.fr, a Paris, France-based legaltech startup, received a minority investment from ISAI.
ISAI made the investment through its Growth Equity fund, ISAI Expansion II.
The company intends to use the funds to include more professionals in its service offer, such as lawyers, notaries and chartered accountants, add new support services for entrepreneurs and step up organic growth among entrepreneur clients, its original market.
Founded by Pierre Aïdan and Timothée Rambaud, Legalstart.fr provides online legal services for businesses. The company’s platform allows entrepreneurs and small businesses across all sectors, including skilled workers, store owners and services, to manage all their legal, administrative and accounting procedures online. They can complete the legal requirements for setting up a company, hiring an employee, managing accounts, registering a trademark or collecting unpaid debts.
For more complex issues, Legalstart.fr can also put clients in contact with specialized lawyers through its network of more than one hundred partners across the legal landscape.
The company has a team of 60 people.
