Klara, a New York-based healthcare communication company, has received investment from Stage 2 Capital, a fund specializing in sales, marketing, and customer success.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to bring it growth trajectory to the next level.
Co-founded by Simon Bolz and Dr. Simon Lorenz in 2013, Klara provides a central messaging platform for healthcare. The company’s system integrates with a practice’s website and phone system to securely connect providers, medical professionals, and patients.
Last summer, the company raised its Series A financing round led by FirstMark Capital and Project A Ventures, joined by Flatiron Health founders Zac Weinberg and Nat Turner, Clover Health founder Vivek Garipalli, and InVision founder Clark Valberg.
