Goodlord, a London, UK-based property technology company, raised £7m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Finch Capital with participation from Rocket Internet and Global Founders Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Radboud Vlaar, Partner of Finch Capital, will join the Goodlord Board.
The company intends to use the funds to build new products, grow its customer base, and invest in the further development of its proprietary technology.
Led by CEO William Reeve and CTO Donovan Frew, Goodlord is a property technology company which provides a software platform that allows letting agents to streamline the tenancy application process in one place and includes digital contract generation and signing, comprehensive referencing, and further products and services such as landlord and tenant insurances, utility and media-switching services.
The solution now handles thousands of tenants weekly.
To date, the company has raised over £17m in funding from investors such as Finch Capital, LocalGlobe, Rocket Internet and Global Founders Capital.
