Lumoa, a Helsinki, Finland-based AI powered customer experience and customer feedback analytics platform, raised €650K in seed funding.
The round was led by Icebreaker.vc with contributions also from growth-entrepreneur Ali Omar and Business Finland.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2016 by Johanna Sinkkonen, Suvi Lindfors and Carlos del Corral, Lumoa provides enterprises with an AI-based platform for companies to take their customer experience into control. The company’s online service – uses NPS (Net Promoter Score) or other customer experience metric scores, text feedback and customer specific background information as a basis for analysis – allows companies to get fast customer insights across 60+ languages, and focus on improvements instead of data.
