Goldman Sachs’ Private Capital Investing group made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to drive continued geographical expansion, and accelerate product development for its incident management solution.

For any given situation, the solution automatically identifies the appropriate individuals or group and empowers them to take action.
Customers include global brands such as Vodafone, Danske Bank, Sony Network Entertainment, Molina Healthcare, AXA Insurance and The Telegraph.
