Spoke Raises $28M in Two Funding Rounds

Spoke, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an internal request management platform, raised $28m in two funding rounds.

Accel led an $8M Series A round that included Felicis Ventures, Webb Investment Network, Index Ventures, Spider Capital, Red Dog Capital, and a few individual investors, and Greylock led a $20M Series B, joined by Accel, Felicis Ventures, and Webb Investment Network.

The company is using the funds to continue to develop the platform, expand operations and its business reach.

Co-founded by Pratyus Patnaik, Jay Srinivasan and David Kaneda, Spoke provides a platform for teams that respond to frequent requests and questions from employees including IT, Office Management, Operations, People Ops, HR, Facilities.
An AI-driven bot responds to requests by automatically finding the answers to common questions and responding to employees with the info they need.
If Spoke doesn’t know the answer, it intelligently assigns a ticket to the right team. As tickets get resolved, Spoke gets smarter about responding to and routing requests.
