Clinch, a NYC-based video ad personalization startup, raised $3M in Series A funding.
The round was led by a select group of strategic, private investors, including lead investor Richard Gati, head of BXR Partners’ Singapore office.
The funds will be used to expand the company’s U.S. presence and enable it to increase its sales and product development efforts including its personalized digital video advertising offering for Facebook and YouTube.
Led by CEO Oz Etzioni and newly named Chief Product Officer and Head of Business Development Boaz Cohen, Clinch is a creative technology company that powers dynamic, personalized video advertising enabling brands to customize their message based on first- and third-party data streams such as location, user profile, interests and time of day.
Clinch creates unlimited versions of dynamic videos and increases ROI by delivering these personalized creative ads to the right audience at the right time regardless of the platform or device (web, mobile, in-app, social media and Connected TV).
