GearLaunch, a San Francisco, CA-based E2E-commerce platform, received $4.8m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Hunt Technology Ventures.
Led by Thatcher Spring, Founder and CEO, GearLaunch offers a platform for E2E commerce – an emerging category of e-commerce that enables independent online merchants to scale online businesses.
It GearLaunch the tools to create online storefronts and back office support and logistics tasks such as production, shipping and customer service.
The platform offers a complete infrastructure for E2E ecommerce, which includes business operations services, access to an extensive catalog of customizable products, logistics, customer support, search and discovery resources; and website building tools.
GearLaunch supports 2500-plus power sellers, and is expanding its merchant base, from regional and specialty outlets to large global brands, in both the developed and the developing world.
