The company intends to use the funds for product development to continue to evolve its product suite, which includes Conga ActionGrid, Conga Composer, Conga Contracts and Novatus Enterprise CLM, and strengthen the partnership between Conga and Salesforce, allowing the two companies to collaborate for further product and go-to-market enhancements.
