CounterTack, a Waltham, MA-based provider of an Endpoint Threat Platform (ETP) for the enterprise, raised $20m in Series D funding.
The round was led by new investor Singtel Innov8 (venture capital arm of The Singtel Group), with participation from new investor SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2™) and follow-on investment from existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth and global expansion in the cybersecurity market.
CounterTack provides enterprise customers globally with an Endpoint Threat Platform (ETP) featuring a combination of threat context, organizational resiliency and broad visibility to help IR and security teams neutralize and prevent advanced threats from damaging the business.
The company delivers its technology to over 250 customers globally.
