Bus.com (fka Sharethebus), a Montreal, QC-based transportation technology company, raised $5m in Series A funding.
Backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its scope, operations (t is hiring), enhance services.
Co-founded by Kyle Boulay and Wolf Kohlberg, Bus.com is a transportation technology company that allows event organizers to move large groups via bus rides to their destination including music festivals, colleges, universities, and sports teams.
The company is now involved in improving the technology while providing a simple booking process, experiential add-ons, flexible payment options, improved pricing, and access to new markets.
